In addition, moving a few kilometres from Castel di Sagro, the area offers suggestiveplaces, like the Lake of Barrea, Lake Scanno, or even the possibility of seeing protected species such as the brown bear and Wolf.

Even in winter the Hotel Natura represents an interesting destination due to its privileged location, close to the ski resorts of Aremogna, Roccaraso, Pescocostanzo and Rivisondoli.

Here you can test the skills on the slopes, on skis or snowboard, marveling at the wonder of whitewashed Abruzzo.

Snowshoe hiking are recommended, so that you can explore with a guide the woods and recognize the traces of wild animals or be faced with glimpses of great charm.
